General / Bariatric Surgeon Locum / 1099 | Productivity-Based Compensation | Multi-Location Opportunity Build a High-Volume Surgical Practice Without Starting From Zero IBI Clinic is expanding across Florida and Georgia and is seeking a General / Bariatric Surgeon for a locum / 1099 opportunity supporting our growing surgical platform in locations below: FLORIDA locations - Tampa and Hudson GEORGIA locations - Loganville, Alpharetta, Brookhaven This is an opportunity to step into an established, scalable practice model with the infrastructure, patient acquisition support, and operational resources in place—allowing you to focus on patient care, surgery, and growing your productivity-based income. Immediate Growth Platform Marketing, patient acquisition, infrastructure, and operational support are already in place. Multi-Location Access Provide care across facilities in Tampa and Hudson, with the opportunity to support future Georgia and Florida locations. Operational Support Dedicated team support for scheduling, patient coordination, workflow, and patient flow. Clinical Autonomy Practice at a high level with reduced administrative friction and a focus on delivering quality patient outcomes. What We're Looking For We are looking for a surgeon who: Is experienced and confident in general and bariatric surgical care Delivers efficient, high-quality care in clinic and surgical settings Is comfortable managing consultations, treatment planning, procedures, and follow-up care Takes ownership of patient outcomes and clinical performance Works collaboratively with clinical and operations teams Is interested in contributing to the growth of a high-volume surgical platform Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus but not a deal breaker Scope of Practice General surgery procedures Bariatric surgery procedures Patient consultations and surgical treatment planning Pre-operative and post-operative management Coordination of surgical care across clinic and operating-room settings Collaboration with the clinical and operations teams to support volume, patient experience, and efficiency Qualifications Must be an MD Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency Bariatric surgery training and/or relevant experience preferred Active Georgia/Florida medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred Experience General surgery experience required Bariatric surgery experience preferred ASC and/or hospital surgical experience preferred Experience managing pre-operative and post-operative surgical patients preferred Who This Role Is For Surgeons seeking a flexible locum / 1099 engagement Surgeons who want productivity-based earning potential Surgeons interested in growing surgical volume within an established platform Surgeons who value clinical autonomy with strong operational support Surgeons who want to help build a scalable, multi-location surgical practice Next Step If you are a General / Bariatric Surgeon interested in a productivity-based opportunity with growing surgical volume in Tampa and Hudson, we would like to have a direct conversation.
