Job Description
Orthopedic Surgery- Monroe, GA Piedmont Orthopedics in Monroe, Georgia is seeking a board-certified orthopedic surgeon to service our community at the Piedmont Walton Hospital. The Piedmont Athens Orthopedic group has a satellite practice located on the Piedmont Walton Hospital campus. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a nationally recognized healthcare system serving the Walton community and the surrounding Athens community including students and their families as part of our sponsorship with University of Georgia. The ideal candidate is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who would like to be part of the group with one other experienced orthopedic surgeon on site along with a well-trained orthopedic PA already active at the Walton location. The best candidate suited for this position will want to pursue an interest in the community surrounding Piedmont Walton Hospital and possess leadership skills to further develop the orthopedic program partnering with the current orthopedic group in Athens. The current Athens practice includes the following subspecialties to align and network with in providing excellent quality of care known to our Piedmont Medical team.
