Job Description
Join an outpatient team in Tyrone, GA serving adult primary care with a flexible, patient-focused schedule. No on-call duties. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Mon-Fri) between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (schedule set with clinic) One weekend every other week: Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in a primary care setting Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage volume of ~2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
