Job Description
A community healthcare system on Kauai, Hawaii, the stunning Garden Island, is seeking to add another BC Urologist to its established team. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a community-focused practice with the potential for high surgical volumes, given the lack of full-time urology coverage on the island. The Opportunity
- Bread and butter urology practice with ability to start a men's sexual health service line if desired
- 3 days in clinic and 1 dedicated OR day a week, with the ability to add on more cases
- No call requirement
- $600,000+ Compensation - Base salary with additional Productivity Incentives and Quality Bonuses
- Sign-on Bonus and up to $20,000 Relocation Bonus
- 25-35 Days of Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays
