OBGYN Opportunity in Atlantic, Iowa - Flexible Schedule, $180K Recruitment Package Join a thriving OB/GYN program at one of the nation's top-performing critical access hospitals. Cass Health combines the autonomy and relationships of rural medicine with modern facilities, strong specialty support, and a growing regional referral network serving communities across southwest Iowa. Outstanding Compensation:
$400,000 to $450,000 base salary, RVU incentives, $180,000 recruitment package, up to $10,000 relocation assistance, and eligibility for state and federal loan forgiveness programs.
Growing Women's Health Program:
Join an established team of OB/GYNs and FMOBs providing full-scope care with approximately 150 annual deliveries, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, infertility care, and expanding outreach across the region.
Modern Practice:
Work in recently renovated facilities featuring LDRP suites, integrated EMR, remote fetal monitoring, 24/7 CRNA support, and plans for a robotics-capable operating room.
