Job Description
Join a highly regarded, physician-led hospital in Iowa where you can practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics while enjoying a supportive team environment, strong compensation, and an exceptional quality of life. Due to growing patient demand, we are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Surgical Obstetrics physician to join an established and respected medical staff. The Opportunity
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine caring for patients across all ages, from newborns to geriatrics
- Primarily outpatient practice with continuity of care for hospitalized patients
- Dedicated hospitalist team provides night coverage
- 4-day workweek supporting work-life balance
- Backup-only call for inpatient and OB services
- Opportunity to pick up hospitalist or ED shifts for additional income and skill maintenance
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed salary with productivity incentives and earning potential well above national benchmarks
- Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment ($50,000 annually for five years)
- $150,000 sign-on bonus plus $20,000 relocation assistance
- $21,000 quality bonus opportunity
- Monthly residency/fellowship stipend of $2,000-$3,000 while in training
