Day Workweek:

Enjoy an optimal work-life balance with a predictable weekday schedule and an average volume of just 15 to 18 patients per day.

Streamlined Practice Model:

Focus primarily on outpatient care with very light inpatient rounding, averaging a manageable daily census of only 3 to 5 patients.

Robust Shared Call:

Benefit from a light 1:4 weekly rotation that is telephone-only, backed by a highly independent team of advanced practice providers.

Broad Clinical Scope:

Utilize your full skillset with optional in-office procedures, supported by modern Epic EMR and comprehensive on-site laboratory services.

Total Rewards Package Guaranteed Base Salary:

Earn a steady $275,000 annually, fixed for the entire life of your contract with absolutely no volume-based production pressure.

Substantial Upfront Incentives:

Receive a $70,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $25,000 customizable perk allowance for a home down payment or tax offset.

Generous Time Off:

Recharge with 27 days of paid time off annually, plus an additional 5 days and a $5,000 allowance for continuing medical education.
