Job Description

Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Keokuk, IA !
Position Highlights:
Work/Life Balance:
flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of
M/T/W/Th:
7AM - 6 PM;
Fri:
7am - 5
PM Full-Time Role :
36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day Full supportive provider team includes: 1 Pediatrician, 1 Pediatric NP, & 1 Pediatric PA +
Clinical Support Staff Financial Support:
$120,000 sign on bonus available with 5-year commitment. Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary:
starting around $246,000 and up based upon experience + quality & productivity incentives
