Join a well-established urgent care network serving the Cedar Rapids and Marion communities Flexible full-time schedule averaging 14-15 shifts per month Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-3pm on weekends with rotating weekend coverage Two providers per shift with no call responsibilities Average patient volume of 5-6 patients per hour Treat minor illnesses and injuries while providing care for patients of all ages Onsite diagnostic and laboratory capabilities with ability to order additional testing and coordinate follow-up care Online "Reserve Your Spot" functionality improves patient access and workflow efficiency Dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling promote work-life balance Supported by a 24/7 hospitalist program for adult and pediatric inpatients Fully integrated Epic EMR system across clinics and hospitals for seamless care coordination
