Iowa Dermatology Clinic (IDC) and RC Dermatology (RCD) are seeking a Dermatologist to join our team at our Mason City, Iowa clinic. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate dermatology care across Iowa, helping every patient feel healthy, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. We are committed to expanding access to exceptional dermatologic care throughout the communities we serve and building an organization recognized for clinical leadership, accessible care, and a standard of excellence. IDC/RCD provides comprehensive, convenient, and personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care. Our providers diagnose and treat skin cancer, moles and lesions, acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and a wide range of acute and chronic skin conditions. We are seeking a Dermatologist who shares our commitment to Excellence, Compassion, Access, Integrity, Stewardship, and Accountability and who will work collaboratively with our clinical teams, fellow providers, and organizational leadership to provide an exceptional patient experience.WHY PRACTICE WITH IDC/RCD?

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care, strong clinical judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with patients, staff, and fellow providers.Required qualifications include:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Iowa.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dermatologic care.
