to improve care coordination Responsibilities Average of 18 patients per day; no nights or weekends, 4.5 day work week Call schedule: After hours outpatient call

• 1 weekend a month
• 1-2 nights a month
• triaged by MyNurse Dedicated roomer, shared phone nurse, attached to the hospital with lab and x-ray Office services & procedures: cryotherapy, ear flush, open to any procedures Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified Pediatric experience preferred Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice Eligible to work in the United States

• $320,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
