Job Description
Join an established, award-winning community practice in Iowa with immediate patient demand and strong clinical support. We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing team.
- 100% outpatient primary care
- No weekends unless you'd like to pick up urgent care shifts (not required)
- Epic EMR
- Day-one volume driven by rapid growth of young families in the area
- Diverse patient panel
- Team of 6 MDs/DOs
- 1 RN/LPN and 1 MA per provider
- 35 APPs (Iowa is an independent practice state)
- 4-day workweek with built-in and remote admin time
- 7-8 weeks PTO

- HPSA score: 7
- New grads and experienced candidates considered Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $300,000-$400,000 (experience-based)
- Production bonus ($12,000 - $120,000 annually)
- In addition to base salary and volume bonuses, Primary Care providers are eligible for a quality incentive paid twice per year, rewarding strong clinical outcomes, not just volume
- No cap on earnings
