Critical Care Opening in Sioux City, Iowa Join a collaborative critical care team providing high-acuity inpatient care in a closed ICU setting with strong specialty support and flexible scheduling options. About the Opportunity Closed ICU with comprehensive specialty support including cardiology, neurosurgery, nephrology, general/trauma surgery, orthopedics, urology, GI, pulmonology, infectious disease, neurology, and more. A 24/7 hospitalist program manages admitted inpatients. Overnight support provided by APPs. Responsibilities

Average 8-14 patients per day
On-site from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with call from home 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Full-time defined as 182 shifts per year
Flexible scheduling available (7 on/7 off, 10 on/10 off)
Work collaboratively to improve patient and community health
Interpret clinical data and make care decisions and recommendations
Patient-focused, friendly, and team-oriented approach

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care
Eligible for unrestricted Iowa medical license
State and federal prescribing authority required
Eligible to work in the United States
