5 on/5 off Äî 12-hour day shifts (7:00a Äì7:00p) with occasional swing shifts (12:00p Äì12:00a) Days, weekends, and holidays shared equally among the group No night shifts 12-bed ICU with intensivist Äî ICU coverage and procedures available but not required TeleHospitalist service overnight and 7:00a Äì7:00p with local providers
