Do:

Provide obstetric inpatient care, including triage, unassigned gyn emergencies, and deliveries (approximately 1-4 per hospitalist daily) Manage OB triage and unassigned gynecology emergencies Participate in the MHAS model (clinic and call required) Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure safe deliveries and patient care Utilize the EMR system (TBD) for documentation Support NICU Level 1 cases as needed Contribute to a team dedicated to providing high-quality maternal healthcare

What You Need:

Active medical license in Iowa or ability to obtain one Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine Experience in obstetric hospitalist roles preferred Strong clinical skills in OB triage, deliveries, and gynecology emergencies Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the
