What You'll Do:

Provide OB hospitalist coverage, including triage and unassigned gynecological emergencies Manage labor and delivery processes, averaging 1-4 deliveries per shift Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient patient care Handle OB/GYN emergencies and routine deliveries Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system Support hospital staff and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

What You Need:

Active Iowa medical license or eligibility to obtain one Board Eligible or Certified in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB hospitalist experience Minimum 2 years' experience in obstetric hospital medicine recommended Strong clinical skills and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the

Assignment:

Join a hospital that delivers approximately 200 births annually and handles a variety of OB/GYN cases, including triage and emergencies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a Level 1 NICU environment, providing vital care and support to moms and babies in a collaborative hospital setting.
