Job Description

Lead with purpose as an Anesthesia Director in a high-performing surgical environment in Post Falls, Idaho. This role blends clinical excellence with strategic leadership, overseeing anesthesia services across multiple surgical suites and procedural areas while maintaining a manageable call schedule of just 2-3 days per month. As Director, you will guide clinical standards, operational performance, quality initiatives, and team development ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care. Both Full time and part-time options are available, offering flexibility within a leadership-level position. Position Highlights Leadership role with direct oversight of anesthesia services Supervision and collaboration with CRNAs in a team-based model Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedics, spine, ENT, general, and gynecology Call typically 2-3 days per month Full-time or part-time schedule flexibility Practice Environment Physician-led, collaborative surgical setting Multiple operating rooms and advanced procedural suites Strong partnership with surgeons and executive leadership Focus on quality improvement and data-driven outcomes Administrative support for budgeting, compliance, and program development Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation structure Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (including plan options with significant employer contribution) Generous 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off CME and leadership development support Wellness initiatives and community discounts Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board Certification in Anesthesiology Active, unrestricted Idaho medical license (or eligibility) 5-7 years of clinical anesthesia experience . 2+ years of leadership or administrative experience preferred Experience working in a collaborative CRNA care team model Strong operational, financial, and quality oversight skills Why Our Community?
