• O'Fallon, Illinois A 160-bed suburban, tertiary community hospital.

STEMI Receiving Center and Primary Stroke Center. 21-bed Emergency Department plus 4 overflow beds and 4 RME. Annual volume of 45,000 with a 22% admit rate. Glidescope with fiber optic bronchoscope capability and point of care ultrasound. Vituity-staffed scribes, hospitalists, and 24/7 intensivists offer integrated care solutions at the site. • $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
