This is a unique opportunity to build a high-volume hand and upper extremity practice within a stable, hospital-aligned environment. Financial Highlights:
$640,000+ starting salary with RVU-based bonuses/ASC Ancillary income designed for $1,500,000+ annual earnings Significant additional income potential through ASC ownership The sky is the limit with your income potential as a partner here!
Practice Highlights:

Candidate Requirements:
Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows Position is NOT able to sponsor a h1b or J1 visa
