Desired Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in school-based OT preferred (but open to new grads with strong clinical skills) Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for students in a school setting Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess students' functional skills and develop appropriate interventions Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' educational goals Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs Monitor and document progress; adjust therapy as needed Participate in IEP meetings and help facilitate transitions
