About us Swan primary care PLLC is a Private Practice in Bloomingdale Illinois.
Our work environment includes:
Hospitalist dayshift We are looking for a talented and compassionate Hospitalist to join our inpatient IM/FM team. The Hospitalist will perform an array of clinical tasks including ordering laboratory tests and diagnostics, conducting and documenting physical exams, managing patients' care and educating patients on their conditions. The successful candidate will enjoy competitive pay and benefits as well as the opportunity to learn from experienced medical staff and be part of a vibrant medical community.
Responsibilities:
Maintain patient records. Perform physical exams and diagnostics of patients. Diagnose patients and determine treatment. Communicate with other staff members and consultants about patient care. Attend Multidisciplinary rounds Maintain awareness about new treatments and developments in the medical field. Provide Quality care and try to achieve Hospitalist metrics including preventing readmissions. Mentor Medical students
Pay:
$220,000.00 - $265,000.00 per year
