St. Francis- Evanston Position Overview Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused group while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive work environment. Highlights of the Role
    Schedule:
    M-F 9a-5p
    • No Call Requirements - enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptions
    Single-Site Role:
    Work at st. Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL
      Collaborative Team Environment:
      Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff
      • State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities Responsibilities
      • Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.
      • Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manageoutpatient follow-up visits.
      • Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.
      • Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.
      • Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education. Qualifications
      • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.
      • Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicine
      • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.
      • EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus).

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
