MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program Fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine or Pulmonary/Critical Care Sleep Medicine training, Board Certification, or Board Eligibility appropriate to the role Skilled at providing exceptional, patient-centered care Ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
