This is a flexible practice opportunity with built-in administrative time and the option to choose a strictly outpatient model or a traditional model with rounding. Practice Overview Outpatient Family Medicine caring for patients across the full age spectrum (no OB required) Rural Health Clinic (RHC) model; currently 1 active MD on site Team support: 1 nurse and 1 nursing assistant assigned per physician, plus shared reception and lab staff Integrated behavioral health support available via on-site LCSW; referral access to multiple subspecialists in the market Schedule Flexible hours with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule; open to 4x10s Patient volume: 18-25 patients per day; full-spectrum primary care Choose your model: strictly outpatient (no call) or traditional model with rounding Traditional model call: 4-6 call days per month plus weekend/holiday rotations Compensation & Benefits Base salary guarantee fo the duration of your contract Sign-on bonus up to $100,000; relocation allowance up to $10,000; Student loan repayment: up to $250,000
