The fellow will receive ongoing supervision from a licensed psychologist while developing advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis, report writing, and patient feedback. Responsibilities Conduct clinical interviews and select appropriate testing instruments Administer, score, and interpret neuropsychological and psychological tests Evaluate concerns such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, executive-functioning difficulties, memory problems, traumatic brain injury, and emotional or behavioral conditions Integrate test results, history, records, and behavioral observations Prepare clear, comprehensive evaluation reports with diagnoses and practical recommendations Provide feedback to patients, parents, and caregivers Participate in supervision and case consultation Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation Required Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or another license-eligible psychology program Doctoral degree completed before the position's start date Eligibility for supervised postdoctoral practice in IL Substantial supervised experience conducting psychological or neuropsychological testing Demonstrated ability to administer and score standardized tests, interpret findings, develop diagnostic impressions, and write integrated reports Experience evaluating children, adults, or both Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care Applicants without meaningful graduate-level or internship-level testing experience will not be considered. Training and Supervision The fellow will receive regular supervision focused on test selection, interpretation, diagnostic formulation, report writing, feedback, and preparation for independent licensure. All services will be provided in accordance with applicable professional standards and state licensing requirements.
