Overview:

JOB SPECIFICS

Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel Rural Health Clinic attached to a Critical Access Hospital Team consists of 3 physicians and 4 APP's Clinic offers primary and specialty care.

Specialties include:

General Surgery, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, OBGYN, Endocrinology, and Occupational Health Outpatient only position Clinic hours are 7am-5pm Monday

• Friday Strong collaboration among the three clinics in the local market Minimal call schedule
• 1:12.

OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call Flexible scheduling to support work/life harmony in a mission driven culture Family oriented team with longevity H1B and J1 visa applications accepted

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
