Job Description
The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Decatur, IL. Decatur is a suburban community with it's own lake, bike trails, restaurants, shopping, and excellent school district options. Position Details:
- Well established, growing practice.
- Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week

Position Requirements:
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start

ABFM Compensation Package Details:
Pay Range:
$320,106- 390,656
- Sign on bonus
- Relocation funds
