Rockford Illinois and/or Janesville Wisconsin Teach family medicine residents and build your individual practice as an employed physician. Focus on teaching and patient care with the support of operational leaders and support staff. Back up call only. 100% Outpatient Setting

Qualifications:

MD/DO board certified/board eligible Residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program A passion to teach residents and medical students in didactic/clinic setting. The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team Skilled at providing exceptional care for all ages Previous faculty experience in an accredited residency or fellowship program is desired, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
