Approximately 20 hours per week / 2 days per week

Part-Time Contract Position Overview PsyPhyCare is seeking a qualified Physician for a part-time opportunity in Marion, Illinois. The selected provider will deliver on-site medical services to an adult population within a correctional healthcare setting . This opportunity offers a consistent part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week across two weekdays . Responsibilities Provide general medical care to an adult patient population Conduct physical examinations and medical assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order appropriate diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Make referrals to specialists when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited institution Current and valid license to practice medicine Appropriate residency training Board certification or eligibility preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills Ability to successfully complete required credentialing and background screening Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week , generally scheduled across two weekdays .
