7-On/7-Off Schedule | Partnership Track | Live in St. Louis or Southern Illinois Looking for a sustainable pediatric career with exceptional work-life balance, manageable volumes, and future ownership potential? Private Practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its established Pediatric Hospitalist team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice inpatient pediatrics and newborn care in a supportive environment while enjoying a highly desirable block schedule and a pathway to future practice ownership. Opportunity Highlights- 7-on/7-off schedule
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Level II Nursery with 1,000+ annual deliveries
- Average daily newborn census of approximately 7-8 patients
- Weekday NP rounding support
EPIC EMR
- Onsite Emergency Department and anesthesia support
- Access to St. Louis pediatric specialty and telemedicine resources
- Higher-acuity newborns transferred to tertiary care centers in St. Louis
- Optional moonlighting opportunities for additional income
