Job DescriptionThe HCP Marketing Manager - Gastroenterology, will play a critical role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that equip gastroenterologists and their office teams with the tools, resources, and confidence to appropriately identify and treat patients with RINVOQ.This individual will serve as a highly matrixed project leader responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across diverse business priorities, HCP customer segments, and promotional channels.
As a prominent member of the RINVOQ Gastro HCP Marketing team, the individual must demonstrate exceptional project management, influence without authority, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Multiple High-Priority Marketing WorkstreamsIndependently manage a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives, balancing multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines and stakeholder needs.
Coordinate the development and execution of a range of HCP-facing materials, including but not limited to competitive resources, digital content, speaker program materials, convention assets, or field communications.
Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills to ensure critical business objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Drive Cross-Functional CollaborationApproach assignments with a team-first mindset, partnering closely with the extended
Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, and agency partners to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
Act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders to move assigned projects efficiently from concept through execution.
Lead teams and drive results through influence while navigating a highly matrixed environment.
Deliver Operational ExcellenceMonitor project timelines, budgets, agency scope, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Proactively identify risks, remove barriers, and develop creative solutions that accelerate execution.
Establish processes and ways of working that improve team efficiency and organizational agility.
QualificationsBA/BS requiredAbility to be onsite Tuesday - Thursday each week in the Mettewa officeMinimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experienceAt least 2 years of marketing experience with track record of tactical execution and evidence of developing marketing competenciesStrong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior managementExceptionally organized and capable of managing numerous unrelated projects simultaneously without losing attention to detailSkilled at building alignment among stakeholders with differing prioritiesEnergized by complexity and a fast-moving commercial environmentPassionate about improving outcomes for patients living with inflammatory bowel diseaseAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
