Overview Electrophysiologist | Build a New EP Program | Private Practice | Partnership Track A highly successful physician-owned cardiovascular group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to establish and grow the practice's first dedicated Electrophysiology program. Responsibilities Opportunity Highlights Founding Electrophysiologist for a growing cardiovascular practice Immediate referral base from: 7 Cardiologists 3 Advanced Practice Providers Opportunity to develop and lead the practice's EP service line Significant influence over program development and future growth Ability to shape: Arrhythmia management services AFib programs Device management initiatives Future EP procedural offerings Dedicated support staff and administrative leadership committed to program growth Strong private practice culture with physician leadership Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $500,000 to $600,000 Collections-based compensation model Partnership-track opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available Growth Platform The practice is actively investing in future expansion, including: New PET-CT imaging technology Additional satellite clinic locations Planned Ambulatory Surgery Center Strategic provider growth initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Eligible for Indiana and Illinois medical licensure Interest in building and expanding a regional electrophysiology program Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help shape service line growth New graduates and experienced EP physicians encouraged to apply Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
