Overview Non-Invasive Cardiologist | Private Practice | Partnership Track | Northwest Indiana A well-established and growing private cardiovascular group in Northwest Indiana is seeking aBoard Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologistto join its highly respected team. This physician-owned practice offers a collaborative environment, a strong referral base, excellent support staff, and a clear pathway to partnership. Responsibilities Opportunity Highlights Join a thriving cardiovascular practice with7 cardiologists and 3 APPs Approximately60% outpatient and 40% inpatientpractice mix Rapid patient access with new patient wait times typically less than one week Full spectrum of non-invasive cardiology services available on-site, including: Echocardiography Nuclear imaging Stress testing Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) Vascular studies Dedicated clinical support including nurses, technicians, and APPs Opportunity to develop niche interests such as: Preventive Cardiology Heart Failure Cardio-Oncology Other specialty programs based on physician interests Established referral sources and loyal patient base Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation:$450,000 to $550,000 Collections-based compensation structure Partnership-track opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available Practice Growth The practice continues to invest heavily in its future, including: New PET-CT imaging program Additional satellite clinic expansion Planned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Recruitment of several additional providers over the coming years Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Eligible for Indiana medical licensure Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment New graduates and experienced cardiologists encouraged to apply Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000-$550,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
