• Full-time physician employed position at our MercyOne Genesis Medical Group, Silvis, IL location.
• Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee of $330k, then transition to wRVU Model

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) Where you'll work The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is located on the MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center campus.

The team is looking for a physician to join Dr. Kumar and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Campus offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients. Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026. Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only.
