Perform physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate specialist care. Educate patients on health and lifestyle choices, and provide pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care as needed. Must hold an Illinois medical license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree. Requires strong patient communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with clinical and scholarly sessions. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more. Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $295,000 annually.
