Job Description
Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Wheaton, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Join a team of 8 Family Medicine Physicians Clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday 8 AM
- 7 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 AM
- 5 PM. Saturday (first and second of the month) 8 AM
- 12 PM Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 9 weeks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services Nurse and certified medical assistant support EPIC electronic health system Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure Equal Opportunity All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
