Job DescriptionNorthwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Wheaton, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Join a team of 8 Family Medicine PhysiciansClinic hours are Monday and Tuesday 8 AM

• 7 PM; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 AM
• 5 PM. Saturday (first and second of the month) 8 AM
• 12 PMCall responsibilities: 1 week on call every 9 weeksCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionalsHospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab servicesNurse and certified medical assistant supportEPIC electronic health systemQualificationsMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institutionBoard-eligible or certified in Family MedicineValid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensureAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
