This position offers leadership and growth opportunities, along with a great work-life balance due to the limited number of required shifts per month. Locations include on-site Laboratory and Radiology.
Position Details:
Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals Responsible for appropriateness, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the medical care provided by our physicians and advanced practice providers 11 clinical shifts per month within our Urgent Care practice, 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation
Qualifications:
Must be MD or DO BC in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred, but not required Occupational medicine experience preferred, but not required Benefits $5,000 annual CME allowance plus 40 hours of paid CME time Quality Incentive Bonus of up to $14,000 annually Occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with a dollar-for-dollar employer match on the first 4% contributed each pay period (subject to IRS limits), plus a potential 1%-2% discretionary employer contribution for eligible employees. 457(b) Plan available for additional retirement savings and tax-advantaged contributions IU Health offers a robust and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and professional development.
