Pediatrician Outpatient Practice (Multiple Locations) Saint Leon, Indiana, United States Connersville, Indiana, United States Brookville, Indiana, United States Position Overview A healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatrician to join an established outpatient practice serving multiple community locations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes. Position Details Full-time, hospital-employed position Scheduled hours vary by provider Outpatient clinical setting
Team Structure Location A:
Pediatricians, Family Medicine Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Location B:
Family Medicine Physician and APP support Integrated care model with physician and APP collaboration Responsibilities Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Requirements Education & Experience Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics (required) Open to newly trained and experienced physicians Licensure & Certifications Active or eligible state medical license Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Qualifying site for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Comprehensive benefits package Medical malpractice coverage with tail insurance Retirement plan with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Annual CME allowance Additional professional and wellness benefits
