Northwest Indiana Position Highlights:

Balanced Community Practice:

Meaningful neonatal acuity without the demands of a large quaternary referral center

Work-Life Balance:

Approximately eight 24-hour shifts per month with block scheduling available

Level III and Level II NICU Practice:

2 campus locations 20 minutes apart

•no same-day cross-campus coverage Maintain Level III acuity while balancing shifts in a lower-acuity Level II setting Transfers supported by UChicago Medicine's Hyde Park campus

•290K based on experience
