Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only | Elkhart, IN $250K Base | Sign-On | Loan Repayment A mission-driven FQHC in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for strong compensation, schedule stability, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the community.
