Job Description
We are seeking a board-certified Occupational Medicine Physician to provide employment and occupational health examinations for civilian employees supporting Grissom Air Reserve Base. Services will be performed at the physician's or partner clinic. The facility must be located within the area bounded by Grissom Air Reserve Base, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities Conduct pre-employment, periodic, fitness-for-duty, annual occupational, post-exposure, termination, and overseas employment examinations. Evaluate firefighters, police/security personnel, respirator users, and other employees with position-specific medical requirements.
