Description . This full-time, on-site position offers an unparalleled opportunity to work within a dynamic medical practice that prioritizes patient care and community health. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to innovative treatment plans and patient education, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for our patients in the Lafayette area. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients Diagnose and manage various conditions related to otolaryngology Perform surgical procedures as needed to treat ear, nose, and throat disorders Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventative care Collaborate with other medical professionals to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records Participate in ongoing professional development and training Stay updated on advancements in otolaryngology and medical practices Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license to practice in the state Completion of residency in Otolaryngology Experience in an associate capacity preferred Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
