A well-established orthopedic practice in the Lake Michigan region of Northwest Indiana is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative team providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a growing community.

Position Highlights:

Join an established orthopedic practice with experienced surgeons and strong support Provide comprehensive orthopedic care for musculoskeletal conditions affecting bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and spine Flexible full-time schedule with strong work-life balance Outpatient volume of 25-30 patients per day Surgical volume of 7-12 cases per week Call rotation of 1:4 Telehealth visits available Utilize advanced techniques and technology to restore function and improve quality of life Collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction Opportunity to build strong relationships within the community
