Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Plymouth and Bourbon, Indiana. This is a stable, full-time position offering a collaborative team environment and production-based earning potential. Schedule
- Monday Friday
- 8:00a 5:00p
- 1:7 phone-only call rotation Practice Details
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Team includes 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
- OB optional
EPIC EMR
- Conventional family medicine practice including chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine candidates not accepted
- Indiana license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA registration
BLS/ACLS
- NPI number Compensation & Benefits
