  • Duration:
  • 8-hour shift (no option for 10-hour shifts)
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be board certified Hold valid IN License/IMLC, CSR, and DEA registration
  • Must be a drive-in candidate
  • Commitment to all specified dates is essential Required to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures Fully credentialed with their locum agency
  • Must commit to orientation on Friday, December 11, 2026
  • Case logs will be necessary

  • General Anesthesia (Adult)
  • General Anesthesia (Pediatrics)
  • Cardiac Anesthesia
  • Epidural Anesthesia
  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Invasive Ventilation Management (Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy/Nasotracheal) Non-invasive Ventilation Management (BiPAP/CPAP)
  • Central Line Placement
  • Arterial Line Placement
  • PA Catheter Placement
  • Dialysis Catheter Placement Chest Tube Insertion Bronchoscopy
  • Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement Transforaminal Procedures (Lumbar or Cervical) Fluoroscopically Guided Nerve Blocks
  • Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar or Cervical)
  • Post-operative Epidural Management Post-operative Extremity Blocks
  • CRNA Supervision
  • Orthopedic Cases Vascular Cases Spine Cases
  • Obstetric Cases
  • Thoracic Cases
  • Note:
  • Neurosurgery cases are not mandatory but should be addressed if applicable.
