Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$275,000 - $360,000 (experience-based) plus a lucrative bonus program with a first-year guarantee of $50,000

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds Manage advanced neonatal therapies such as High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG Collaborate with subspecialty teams including cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, hematology, and endocrinology Participate in patient care coverage including potential on-call and weekend shifts Engage with a community hospital offering excellent quality of life and professional growth opportunities Contribute to a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
What You Need:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Valid medical license in Kansas or ability to obtain one At least 1 year of neonatal ICU experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills About the
