Job Description
Seeking a full-time Family Practice physician for outpatient care at a growing private practice with four locations in the Kansas City area. This role involves providing patient care exclusively in the clinic, with no inpatient rounding. The practice employs a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, emphasizing behavioral health and population health. Current clinic staff includes family physicians, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners. The position offers a competitive salary, three weeks of vacation, CME time, full benefits, malpractice coverage, and potential partnership or ownership opportunities after two years. Requirements include MD or DO, completion of an accredited residency, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
