Locums About the Facility This facility provides inpatient urological services with established clinical protocols and administrative support systems to facilitate effective care coordination throughout the assignment. Two onsite ambulatory APRNs assist with clinic coverage, and appropriate resources are in place to support clinicians managing urological cases during 24-hour coverage periods. Clinical operations are structured to ensure quality patient management across all assigned coverage dates. About the Facility Location Bowling Green, Kentucky offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural and community activities throughout the year. The area features antique vendor fairs, classic car shows, live music, outdoor festivals, art exhibitions, and history-focused experiences suited to a broad range of interests. Clinicians will find varied options for leisure and cultural engagement during time away from clinical duties. About the Clinicians Workday The urologist will provide inpatient urological coverage through 24-hour shifts scheduled 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with approximately 7-10 days of coverage per month on an ongoing basis. Clinicians will manage general urological cases, including advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, and laser procedures, with ESWL procedures available on Tuesdays, and may expect to see 6-12 patients per day. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, with a call ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 and an average of 2-8 callback hours per shift, and the position is conducted entirely on-site. Clinical documentation is to be completed using the Epic EMR system, and board certification in Urology along with laser certification are required for consideration.
