This Medical Oncology/Hematology position offers the resources of a comprehensive cancer program with the feel of a community-based practice. Practice Overview You'll join 2 established Medical Oncologists plus 3 Hem/Onc-trained APCs, with experienced NP/PA support and scribe coverage Commission on Cancer-certified program with academic collaboration through a major university affiliate network On-site Radiation Oncology, pharmacy, and lab services; dedicated navigators, tumor registry, and financial navigation support Clinical trials/research program, bi-weekly multidisciplinary conferences, and strong specialty support (breast, GI, neurosurgery, and more) Schedule Outpatient-focused practice with most chemotherapy/immunotherapy delivered in the outpatient cancer center Minimal inpatient chemotherapy responsibilities Call structure designed for sustainability: APCs handle business-hours calls; the physician call is shared among the oncologists Weekend call currently rotates about every other weekend (Friday-Sunday); local residence required for call participation Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $625,000 plus a productivity bonus of $100 per RVU, with a 7,000 threshold.
